Dyson’s technology is engineered to solve real world problems. For 30 years, Dyson has been pioneering better ways to keep homes cleaner and healthier for your loved ones.

Hence, they developed cordless, light and quiet vacuums that gives users the freedom to explore.

For customers who are keen in seeing for themselves the many capabilities of the products, we set out to design an immersive space where they can, not just see and touch, but experience it hands-on in a spatial environment. After all, the best way to understand technology is to experience it.

Dyson’s vacuums give customers the freedom to manoeuvre easily over many different materials and allows them to able to reach tight spaces. Therefore, spatial design is of the essence, redefining how customers experience products during the consideration process of the customer journey.

 

Hence, we offered a fundamentally different way to showcase Dyson’s technology by setting up a home environment; a fully constructed living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. We intentionally spill food particles onto furniture and in hard to reach places and customers can use the products to clean it. By creating a meaningful and exciting retail experience, customers will walk away feeling satisfied and joyful with the knowledge of how the product will function in a home
